  17.      _R_t_q_u_e_r_y is used to query a RIP network routing daemon, _r_o_u_t_e_d(1M) or
  18.      _g_a_t_e_d(1M), for its routing table by sending a _r_e_q_u_e_s_t or _p_o_l_l command.
  19.      The routing information in any routing _r_e_s_p_o_n_s_e packets returned is
  20.      displayed numerically and symbolically.

  22.      _R_t_q_u_e_r_y by default uses the _r_e_q_u_e_s_t command.  When the ----pppp option is
  23.      specified, _r_t_q_u_e_r_y uses the _p_o_l_l command, an undocumented extension to
  24.      the RIP specification supported by _g_a_t_e_d(1M).  When querying _g_a_t_e_d(1M),
  25.      the _p_o_l_l command is preferred over the _R_e_q_u_e_s_t command because the
  26.      response is not subject to Split Horizon and/or Poisoned Reverse, and
  27.      because some versions of gated do not answer the Request command.  Routed
  28.      does not answer the Poll command, but recognizes Requests coming from
  29.      rtquery and so answers completely.

  31.      _R_t_q_u_e_r_y is also used to turn tracing on or off in _r_o_u_t_e_d.
